I hope everyone had a great Christmas and New year. We had alot of fun and got to spend time with April's brother James while he was in from Germany. I have been trying to get some work in commercials and film but no luck yet. Please keep all of your fingers crossed and maybe soon something will happen. Married life is great! Also Chason is working on his next belt in karate class, which is the gold one. Again I apolgize for the delay. I promise I will get better with responding to you all. Thank you all for being fans! My family and I do appreciate it very much. Hope every thing is going good for you and your family. 'Till next time, take care. _________________ Michael "Cowboy" EllisCowboy's wife, April, submitted some posts to a Yahoo group before she was married. That can be read in red section below.

You cannot believe how much I appreciate all you guys and your positive feedback! There is and was so much negative that it's sometimes hard to focus on the positive! Thank you all so much for being fans! I was in L.A. for only five days but I missed home so much! Now I am reminded why! It's hard to believe all of this sometimes. You never imagine your life will be this way....but we all know that God is in control! Thanks again! April, Michael and Chason
From: alglawstudent Date: Wed Oct 13, 2004 5:35pm Subject: Fiance feedback To answer a few quick questions....Michael has not watched the shows. He watched the finale show and was a little upset by some of the stuff the jury had to say. He is probably not going to watch the others anytime soon. Michael and Nakomis have not communicated since the show. But he is planning to talk to his real dad sometime in the next week. Don't mind answering questions from you guys, but today I just had a moment to right back! Please forgive me for my lack of time, things are sometimes hectic! Thanks to all of you for the positive things, Michael did read them! Thanks, April, Chason, and Cowboy

What a wonderful day today turned out to be!
When I woke up I wasn't expecting anything different but, I
knew it was going to be far from ordinary when my sister came
knocking on my door before seven a m to tell me that Michael
was going to be in Ardmore!
I was broken hearted when we weren't able to make it to
Bokchito and I wasn't sure if my health would allow me to make
the fundraiser in Durant either (I suffer from severe asthma)
so to hear that Michael was right here, this close, I was bound
and determined to go and I did!
He is such a sweetheart. I knew he would be.
I have placed a photo of Cowboy and my husband, Mike, in the
album titled 'Cowboy in Ardmore'.
I hope that everyone gets to meet this wonderful man
somewhere down the line.

Dee,
I didn't ask him many questions. I think I was too busy telling
him what a wonderful person he was! (smile)
I did find out that he did have his teeth fixed, and they do
look great. He spoke about all of this on the radio this morning.
Perhaps April could give us more information on when we might
see Michael on TV again.

we all have a great time at the durant bowling center last night. The
turn out wasn't that good, but over all it went well. I talked to
michael and april for a little bit and they are nice people. Their
life is kinda crazy right now. He will be at another place in durant
and also in ardmore again they told me. sorry they didn't give me any
dates and times. So ya have another chance to see if you didn't get
to join us.

It's ok Judy, I'm going to post pictures to the board when I
get them taken. As for Linda, you can make a weekend out of it!
We're close to Dallas, and there are a ton of things to do in
Dallas. Durant is home of the 'worlds largest peanut' and they
have Lake Texoma as well. To me, Bokchito is a great town. We'd
be happy to welcome anyone and everyone that wants to come. We
appreciate all the support as well. We're just lucky that he
agreed to come. It will bring more people and more donations and
such. We're trying to raise money to repair the vehicles we
have now and hopefully, if enough is raised, be able to obtain
a half/half grant to buy another truck to replace the old we
have now. Our town is truly greatful for Micheal to be coming,
it's a great thing for us.

I'm glad that you are going to the wedding Megan. I hope that you will tell us all about it and perhaps you could get some pictures to share? That would be super.

Message 138 From: DarleneA sensitive male that cries doesn't make him less a man! It shows the caring warm heart that most of us see in Michael. In this day and age there are too many people out there, both male and female, that have hearts so cold and selfish that their souls are blinded from seeing the warmth in others. They go through life with such a 'don't give a crap attitude' that it makes both their lives and those around them miserable! I thank God every day for people like Michael Ellis. I know he's no saint and I'm sure he's done his share of things that he's not proud of, we all have! The thing is, Michael doesn't try to be what he's not. He's who he is and he cares about others. I believe that he's a wonderful person. At least this is my opinion. DarleneDate: Sat Nov 20, 2004 5:59 pm Subject: Re: [cowboybb5] Has anyone else met Cowboy?
